FAQ – Property & Site Security
Do I need 24/7 security, or just at night?
It depends on the risk. For manufacturing plants operating in shifts, 24/7 security is often worthwhile. Office buildings usually benefit from security outside office hours and at weekends. An on-site risk analysis will identify the most cost-effective solution.
Do you also look after reception during the day?
Yes – our combined reception and security service is one of our most popular solutions. It takes the pressure off your staff, whilst we welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Multilingual service available on request.
What is the difference between property surveillance and perimeter surveillance?
Property security focuses on a single building (e.g. an office block). Site security covers larger areas comprising several buildings, vehicles and outdoor areas. We offer both – usually as a combined service.
Would you be able to step in at short notice, for example if someone in our reception team is off sick?
Yes – we offer stand-in and emergency cover at short notice, with just a few hours’ notice, subject to availability. Please give us a call: 055 444 95 21.
Have your staff been trained to use our equipment?
Yes. Before the operation begins, you will receive a briefing on your fire alarm, intruder alarm and access control systems. In the case of specialised systems (clean rooms, production facilities), this can be provided by your systems manager on request.
How soon can you start providing security services?
For standard properties, within 1–2 weeks; in urgent cases, from as little as a few days. The speed of the process depends primarily on the handover of the keys and the briefing on the facilities.
