How many times a night does a team patrol?
As standard, we carry out 2–4 patrols per shift at irregular intervals to prevent any pattern from becoming apparent. We tailor the frequency and time slots to suit individual risk profiles and budgets.
How much does a patrol service cost per month?
Joint patrols (covering several properties) start from as little as a three-figure sum per property per month. Exclusive patrols are more expensive, but offer greater flexibility. We provide transparent quotes.
Will we receive a record of the inspections?
Yes – every patrol is recorded via an RFID/QR scan. You will receive monthly reports detailing the date, time, checkpoint and any incidents.
What happens if something stands out?
Our staff document the situation, secure the scene and, where necessary, inform the police and the property owner. The procedure is set out in writing in the terms of reference – including emergency contacts and an escalation procedure.
Do your patrol staff wear uniforms?
Can we suspend or adjust the patrol service at short notice?
Yes. In the event of longer breaks (e.g. absence during the holidays, seasonal operations), the frequency and scope can be flexibly reduced or suspended – by arrangement and without any penalty charge.
